Should you wish to plug other manufacturer’s heated mitts into your PowaKaddy trolley, we would advise you to check with the manufacturer before plugging them in to your trolley as they may not be compatible and may damage your trolley.
PowaKaddy Thermamitts™
DO NOT PLUG YOUR POWAKADDY THERMAMITTS™ INTO YOUR HANDLE WITHOUT READING THE BELOW GUIDANCE.
Do you have “USB A” or “USB C” on the underside of the handle?
If you have USB A:
DO NOT plug any type of heated mitt into your PowaKaddy handle. Heated mitts draw higher power than a normal device. This will damage the electronics and invalidate your warranty. You will need a PowaKaddy PowaPack™ to power your PowaKaddy Thermamitts™.
If you have USB C:
DO plug heated mitts into your handle, you will not need a PowaKaddy PowaPack™.
Our PowaKaddy Thermamitts™ and PowaKaddy PowaPack™ come with all of the correct leads and connections. You should not have to purchase additional leads.
